Use and Care
** Capable for gas, electric, ceramic cooktop and induction. Perfect using low to medium heat for best results. After heating and before putting the food in the pan, recommend to coat it with some oil .
** Oven and broiler safe up to 450 F / 232 C.
**Wood, nylon or silicone utensils recommended.
** Cool completely before washing and hand wash only; Soaking your pans for a few minutes in soapy hot water and a plastic brush can help you to remove stubborn stains.
** DO NOT soak it in the water for hours to prevent any rusting. If you¡¯ve already did so, just heat it a little to dry it thoroughly.
** Be careful, the pan does quite hot, so always handling by use pot holder or oven mitt.
** DO NOT banged against hard surfaces.
** Dry thoroughly after every time use or before storage.
